Meet the team

Guy is Joint Managing Director at RegaLead with a focus on sales, marketing and finance. Since joining RegaLead in 1992, Guy has been involved in development within all areas of the business. Following a short sabbatical selling security glazing tapes, sealants and expansion joints at Alfas Industries, Guy re-joined RegaLead as Sales Director in 2001. He played an integral part in the management buyout of the same year, followed by a secondary buyout in 2009. He assumed the Joint Managing Director role in 2010.

When he is not finding new and exciting ways to develop and grow the business, Guy is known to play a round or two of golf (badly, by his own admission). He is also a keen traveller – with an enviable list of destinations visited, he maintains there is still a lot to see.

Filip joined RegaLead in 2007 after an extensive period of time within the soft window furnishing industry. He has a keen knowledge of sales and distribution, with previous experience within the Maritime business in one of the largest ports in Europe. This places him perfectly to understand exactly what it means to deliver on time by being in close contact with forwarders and ensuring the correct documentation is supplied.

When he is not working, Filip enjoys watching the odd football game and relaxing in the garden (weather permitting, obviously).

Paul is the Product Manager at RegaLead, responsible for the sourcing, procurement and development of products. He is the main contact for RegaLead’s suppliers of finished products across Asia and Europe. Joining the company in 2004, Paul has seen the business grow its product portfolio to more than 7000 lines (and still growing) from the initial supply of overlay products, to decorative solutions across the flat glass, composite door and glass processing industries.

When not at RegaLead Paul enjoys all types of motorsport, classic cars and motorbikes, cycling and travelling, when time permits. He also enjoys relaxing at home with a good G&T. With three grown up sons in varying locations around the UK, time for other activities can sometimes be at a premium.

Drawing from his previous role as a Senior Mechanical & Safety Engineer in the Oil & Gas sector in Saudi Arabia, Aqib’s exceptional attention to detail in safety and quality enhances our operations.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Aqib finds joy in exploring new destinations and indulges his passion for gaming.
