Urban Frames

Urban is a three-part flush aluminium de-glazeable cassette system. It’s made up of a smooth aluminium flush face to the exterior, a welded PVC interior holding the IGU, and an aluminium internal cover cap. It’s thermally broken, fully weather tested to BS:EN 6375 and – crucially – PAS24 compliant.

There’s plenty of choice too. We offer Urban in anodised aluminium, a unique modern paintable clay stipple effect, and a range of grained Renolit foils, including our unique MLA paintable woodgrain foil.

For composite and aluminium door manufacturers, aside from being the only flush aluminium glazing system on the market, Urban has the added advantage of being fully customisable. It’s based on bar-lengths not pre-moulded elements, so we can manufacture Urban frames to almost any size. That means that new door designs aren’t restricted to standard glazing sizes.
